The salt exchange in Sea-ice area can reach a maximum of Soce - Sice = 34.7 - 6 PSU which is huge and makes ORCA2_LIM to blow-up during strong melting in Baltic Sea.
We reduce this in limiting the difference to a maximum of 2 PSU.
