Bug in dtatem and dtasal with key_vvl

Description
In both dtatem.F90 and dtasal.F90, the data interpolated on a fixed zco vertical grid are read, and then are interpolated on the zps or the sco vertical grid. In the later fsdept is used. The problem is that in s-coordinate fsdept varies with time! One must use fsdept_0, i.e. the fixe in time coordinate.
The solution is therefore simply to replace the 2 fsdept in dtatem (and in dtasal) by fsdept_0
