mbathy with ln_sco and closed boundaries

Description
In s-coordinate, mbathy and consequently tmask gets wrong on the edges in case of a closed configuration (nperio=0,including obc and bdy).
Fix: call zgr_bat_ctl at the end of domzgr_sco. It's also more logical to suppress correctly isolated sea points ....
