Description

If you take the sbc_blk_core:

  • wind speed is known at T-point
  • we do a first average to get the stress at U-,V-points

Next in TKE:

  • we do a second average to get the stress module back to the T-point

=> we could have the wind stress module directly at T-point !

This change is also the first steep in order to used the wind stress directly send by the atmosphere in coupled model (an in forced mode if you have access to this value...).
