There is a bug in mpp computation of the fresh water budget in cas 3 (nn_fwb = 3)
Some summation over the world ocean are not followed by a IF( lk_mpp ) CALL mpp_sum (see zsurf_neg, zsurf_pos, z_emp_nsrf,...)
For the moment, please don't use this option in mpp.
A bugfix will be proposed soon as a reply to this ticket
