In the new version of domwri.F90, we store in the meshmask the vertical depths gdept and gdepw. It was not the case in the previous version ; thus we must in the OFFLINE, recomputed these vertical depths.
We need to keep this possibility to be able to perform OFFLINE simulations with an old dynamic from nemo, but with the actual version of the code
