Description
Dear All,
I am running the ORCA2_LIM configuration for 1 year, the ocean.output file doesn't show any error and perfectly runs. But when I checked the pbs output (written to file) I get the following comments.
*
WARNING FROM ROUTINE histvar_seq
--> There were 10 errors in the learned sequence of variables
--> for file 2
--> This looks like a bug, please report it.
FATAL ERROR FROM ROUTINE histclo
--> Invalid file identifier
-->
-->
I am attaching the error file, ocean.output and the pbs output.
Is there a problem with IOIPSL compilation?

You must ignore the WARNING from IOIPSL including the following lines:
--> This looks like a bug, please report it.
There is no bug and It is not related to the error you get at the end...
I suspect the problem is comming from all the links you create for coordinates.nc and geothermal_heating.nc. This trick is no more needed and it could explain why ioipsl is having problem when it tries to close all the files it opened at the end of the run...
