Description

The v3_3_beta as it was after the merge party didn't compile with agrif. First solution is bestial enough, and consist to adapt the code in order to be able to compile with key_agrif, but enable to run with both agrif and obs activated. Second solution is to update the conv to handle better fortran structures, this is underway
To sum up:
1- Usual agrif changes feasible by mortals developers (e.g. everybody except Laurent D.). Parameters which are no more parameters, routine name to long ...Those changes are clean
2- Dirty changes to be able to compile when human beings are no more able to understand and need superior help (Laurent D.)
3- Update the conv
