Description
New options in makenemo:
- -e option to specify an external directory to compile (typically biomodel)
- -s option to specify different NEMO root directory
- -v option for vebosity
In addition, we've the ability to store arch files in subdirectories under ARCH (ex ARCH/CNRS) to let at the first level only generic one.
