NEMO_book.pdf : references are invisible

Description
Hello,
I noticed, that the references in the NEMO_book.pdf, provided with tag 3.4 are replaced by ?? in the text.
This was not the case for 3.4beta ( except for some chapters).
I tried to recompile the latex files, but obtained the same results ( reference marked ?? )

After posting the ticket, I manage to compile the tex files (using bibtex, makeindex etc ) as indicated in the main tex file. Therefore, there were still some problems with the references or citation ( very few, I should say). I went through the tex files to fix the problems.
I attach to this ticket a tgz file with the modified tex ( and bib) files:
