pH is not well diagnosed in PISCES model

Description
The pH as it now diagnosed in PISCES is wrong. The diagnostic in the outputs corresponds to the concentration of ion [H+], not to the pH.
The pH must be calculated as follows : pH =-log10 ([H+])
