To activate the 11-layer hydrology you have to

METHOD A:

1. active the hydrology

in PARAM/run.def:

HYDROL_CWRR = y

2. tell the model to use the USDA soil texture file

in PARAM/run.def:

SOILTYPE_CLASSIF=usda

in COMP/sechiba.card:

            (/ccc/cont003/home/dsm/p529goll/ORC-CNP_input/soils_param_usda_new.nc, soils_param.nc), \

3. This doesn't work !!
