Description

I noted that NEMO_v2.3 does not support the usage of time splitting in the treatment of free-surface in conjunction with AGRIF. As a rough starting point, i attached the following files: agrif_opa_interp.F90 and dynspg_ts.F90

I screwed up again! The other attached file is in #106. If one could merge #106 and #107 it will be perfect.
