AGRIF with ice

Description

I noted that AGRIF does not support exchange of ice information between child and parent grids. To remedy this, I started playing with the agrif_opa routines. The ice velocity seems to be OK but the ice tracer appear to be more subtle (I assume it is a advection issue related to the use of the Prather scheme).
