Description
Purpose:
- implement the new LIM3 into NEMO3.5
- add some useful global DIAG (heat/salt fluxes and ice global budget)
Details:
- LIM3: new routines. The main changes concern the conservation of mass and salt + the time stepping (ice dyn is performed before thermo)
- DIAG: new global heat/salt/ice diags in limdiahsb.F90 and diahsb.F90 (controlled by namelist options ln_diahsb, and ln_limdiahsb)
- IOM: few changes in iom.F90 and iom_nf90.F90
- SBC + TRA :
- add penetration of solar flux into the ocean with/out ice above (sbc_oce.F90, traqsr.F90)
- add namelist options efac and vfac for modulating evaporation and setting absolute or relative winds (sbcblk_core.F90)
- rewriting related to new LIM3 (sbcfwb.F90, sbcice_lim.F90, sbcmod.F90)
Comments
New BDY routines for LIM3 ice boundary conditions are not implemented here but are ready to be (they have been successfully tested with the development branch dev_r3867_MERCATOR1_DYN)
