Context

2 Straits are closed, after simplification process.

Analysis

In the simplification process, the option of cross land advection has been removed. This option was only available for ORCA2, and required the straits of Gibraltar and Bab-el-Manded to be closed in the ORCA2 bathymetry.nc file.
With this suppression, the ORCA2 bathy_meter.nc file has now by default the two straits open (i.e. the depth of 2 points (140,102) and (160,88) has been changed from 0 to 284m and 137m, resp.)

Fix

new bathy_meter.nc is created (available in input file for ORCA2_LIM3_PISCES tar file)
