In enhanced vertical diffusion, test should be done on now field, instead of before
Fix : introduce rn2b as before Brunt-Vaisala frequency :
- rn2 used in tke2 and zdfevd
- rn2b used in old tke, ldfslp, zdfeiv
In addition, rn2 has to be written in restart.
