Description
-Arrays sshn and sshb are now read in sshwzv and not in istate (gcx is still read in istate in agrif case
- restart are written in sshnxt
- for VVL case, vertical coordinate update is now done in sshwzv
- wn initialisation is not needed anymore (done in step)
