Description
Hey everybody
I have a nice ssh error in the base model and don´t know how to fix that. Maybe somebody can give me a hint. Shown is the SSH in the base model and the southern boundary of the nest is marked with the black line. There are some artifical SSH outliers j=630 and the southern Nest boundary is j=627. The SSH in the Nest looks good some for the rest of the basemodel. These points are not constant in time but always very different to the surrounding field. These errors occur only near the southern boundary "under the nested region".
I´m using NEMO 3.1, I checked the bathymetry´s, tickets in the trac but without any hints. I´m not sure if these SSH errors causing surface currents anomalies are vice versa.
Does anybody has some ideas, "spongelayer", agrif_opa_update. I guess there is only a conflict with some indices, but where and why?
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance.
Erik
