How to tell libIGCM to handle a new input file of ORCHIDEE

This sites describes where you had to add the information so that libIGCM will handle a new input file of ORCHIDEE.

default way

new input file for stomate

modify the variable ListNonDel? in COMP/stomate.card:

ListNonDel= (${R_IN}/SRF/reftemp.nc, .), \	 
(<path>/< new file>.nc, .), \

new input file for sechiba

do the same but in COMP/sechiba.card:

ENSEMBLE simulation

the stomate.card and sechiba.card used are hidden here: ../SPINUP/SUBJOB/OOL_SEC_STO/COMP/ do as described in the default way
